Cancellation Policy

1. Digital courses & tests

Because digital courses and tests grant immediate access to content, cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or pause your enrollment.

2. Recurring billing

If your program is billed on a recurring basis, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until that date.
