All content provided by Sanju Moruya — including recorded lessons, live classes, practice questions, quizzes, mock tests and performance analysis — is for educational purposes only. Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort and preparation.

3. Accounts & access

Course and test access is granted to the enrolled student only. Sharing login credentials or redistributing content is prohibited. Access is delivered digitally upon successful payment.

4. Payments

All enrollments must be completed and paid in advance through our authorized platform checkout. Access is granted upon successful payment confirmation.

5. Intellectual property

All lessons, tests, questions and curriculum are the property of Sanju Moruya and may not be redistributed, resold or reproduced without written permission.

6. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
