Due to immediate access granted upon purchase, Sanju Moruya's digital courses and test series are generally non-refundable once accessed. If you experience technical issues accessing your content, our support team will resolve them promptly.

2. Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error, or experienced a verified technical failure preventing access, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for review.
